FYI.Viv Door Tracks (Dub)

Check out Martin of "Ariel Doors" in Fairview on 01 833 3168. They are just in behind Kavanaghs Pub on the Malahide Road (Fairview end) Really nice guy that has a genuine interest in snakes and other reptiles. He sells the track at very good prices.

Indeed Phil, I was onto a few glass cutting companies to organise my glass but none of these guys had the tracks. It was Coolock Glass that put me into Martin so he is your man. Seemingly he carrys track in black, brown and aluminium. The black and brown plastic track sells at 13.50 euro for a 7ft lenght.

i used to get mine from budget DIY,but they closed
i havnt need any in a while

Anyone know where this can be purchased in the North of Ireland? I am especially interested in the aluminium track as I am building a large Tegu viv and the doors will be a lot bigger than normal and the glass much heavier, I think that aluminium will be a stronger job than plastic.

b&q newtownabbey always seem to have it. in white only. its was about 6 quid a length last time i got some......................

b&Q at holywood exchange always have, if not homebase have it in bangor, or ray grahams in ards had it last time i was in!! most are onlyy in 3Ft lengths but some do have it longer, but saying that its fine to butt couple together end to end.
