Glue for Viv Door Tracks

What's the best glue for Viv Door Tracks?

We have a Pennine viv and the glass has a tendency to fall out of the tracks into the viv if you lean too hard on the glass.
My father said it happened again during the night last week (I'm in uni in Wales, the tank is in Athlone) and the little royal vacated the viv. She was found in the printer a few days later.

Can anyone recommend a safe, non-toxic glue for the tracks?

For keeping the glass runners attached to Pennine vivs, No-More-Nails should do the trick. I hate Pennine vivs as the doors on some of mine were forever falling out LOL
