I have one!!!, the HSI appeared in the papers yesterday!, the Irish Times!! Ian Millichip (Chairman of the HSI) wroter an artice on page 7!

I thought although many of the gatherings are down here HSI is ALL of Ireland. I personally think it would be down right silly to segregate given we aren't that big a country to start with and bringing the community together only makes sense plus it is all still Ireland, but I could be wrong...

AFAIK there are hopes to extend the reach of the HSI into NI and also farther south in RoI into Cork, but for now it is centred around the Dublin area.
As Tan says though, the HSI covers ALL of Ireland and so anyone here can join and attend the events.
