From Tokyo to Ballymena heh.....

Post by Buddy on Wed Aug 11, 2010 4:00 pm

via dartfrog uk..............

Other half's new japenese apple fantasy horned frog. Looked about for an ornate over here with no joy and when I was sending for a few tropical custodians for the new humid viv last week see spied him on their site. One very speedy phone call and he was bought and awaiting delivery
So Genghis arrived this morning and I was instantly under orders to get him tubbed up

I don't think I've seen a baby horned with such vivid green before! I take it that its a line-bred Chacoan x Argentine (cranwelli x ornata)?

yep mate , the japenese are breeding some amazing coloured hybrids atm.......even stroger coloured in real life, the camera can't catch the neon glo effect he gives off.
Always like a horned or two in a collection as they make fantastic garbage disposal units for any food left by the other reps...

Looking great Buddy, he must be an absolute bin. Loving the name too by the way, Ghenghis, brilliant.
