New T's !
I must be mad!
Picked up two more tarantulas a few days ago: a Costa Rica Zebra, and a Peruvian Green Velvet. The zebra seems pretty chilled so far (though I think it's due a moult), the Peruvian is a bit more excitable. If i'm being honest, the Peruvian is a little disappointing colour-wise. One of my baby Red Rumps moulted a few days ago and is improving in colour at every moult.

How many is that now Raymond?
I think they all look lovely but that red rump is rather pretty.

Have you only realised what the rest of us have known for years.lol.
Great pics although as you say the Peruvian is not as impressive as the Costa Rica zebra, the red rump seems to be growing really well, how big is it now? Is it as big as your curly hairs yet?

Thank you all (i.e John), for your knid words re my sanity!
Tanya, this now brings me up to nine tarantulas of six species. Emma, believe it or not, the two new T's were here for four days before Mrs. Gibbon, i.e Valerie, even noticed them (I must be doing something right!!). John, the Red Rumps are still about half the size of the Curly Hairs; the ones I'm most pleased with are the Chaco Golden Knees, who seem to having a bit of a growth spurt currently.
